Dearly loved Great Nan to Haydn, Mariah and Jonte, Riley (dec.), Courtney and Ethan.You were someone special, Someone good and true, You will never be forgotten, We thought the world of you.A special mother who always showed us so much love and care. Though your smile has gone forever and your hands we cannot touch.
