Youngest child of 12 of Violet and Louie Davis, Fred outlived his parents and 10 of his siblings and died following a short illness.

Dearly loved husband of Robyn and devoted father of Ben and Briony; loved father in law to Lisa.

His passing was very much like his life - on his own terms.

At Fred's request, there will be no funeral.

Details of an event to celebrate his life are to be confirmed.
