Aged 88, died peacefully at home on 4th May 2020, surrounded by wife Pamela, son Warren and daughter Sian.
Born in Gin Gin, Queensland in 1932 to parents Dr. Alan and Margaret East. The oldest of 4 siblings; Hubert(deceased), Jonathan and Mary Elizabeth. David married Pam (nee Arthur) in 1961 in Llanover,Wales and settled in Llanhenock, Wales, UK where their two children Warren and Sian were born and raised.
Seven years’ ago David and Pam relocated to Hilton, Cambridgeshire to be closer to their immediate family Warren and Amanda East, Sian and Andrew Sarderson and their three East grandchildren Rebecca, Elizabeth and Johathan.
When current closure restrictions from the corona virus are lifted 2 memorial services will be held first in Hilton, Cambridgdeshire UK and then in Llanover, Wales where his ashes will be interred.
Loved and remembered by his Australian family.
