Much loved nieces and nephews, Natalie, Justin, Rebecca, Matthew and Jacki. Loved grand nieces and nephews.

Forever loved, never forgotten.

David will be privately cremated at Pinegrove Memorial Park, Kingston Street, Minchinbury.
