dearly loved husband of Mary;
much loved father of John (dec), Joanne, Christopher and Frances.

A dedicated and compassionate doctor, much committed to public service, a member of numerous community and volunteer organizations and an enthusiastic musician.

David gave generously of himself until the unexpected end.

He will be greatly missed.
