Passed away after a brave battle with brain cancer. 

Loved and adored by his wife Sharyn and two sons, Joshua and Luke. Cherished son of Marlene and Graham. Loved brother of Kerry-Ann (deceased). Son-in-law of Paul and Kathie. Brother-in-law of Michael. Uncle of Olivia and Emily. 

Special thanks to the Mary Potter Hospice for their kindness and care. 

Gone from our eyes but always in our hearts. Rest peacefully Daz.
