Passed away peacefully, aged 88 years, surrounded by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. Beloved husband of Eila. Adored father, father-in-law and grandfather of Louise and Will, Sybil and David, Ingrid and Trent, Bill, Dan, Nick, Jim, Elsie, India, Lottie, Fred and Doug. Brother of Peter.

A fine and loyal friend, adventurer and humanist.

Privately cremated with much love and fond memories.
