Margaret Jean Cumming nee Bennett died resolutely under palliative care at Hobart Private Hospital. Daughter of Harold and Jean Bennett (both dec) of Geeveston. Sister and sister in law of Daryl and Mae Bennett and Peter and Nancy Bennett (all dec). Devoted wife of Alexander Robertson 'Bob' Cumming (dec) for 68 years. Mother and mother in law of Alexandra and Guy Siberry and Sian Cumming and Lewis Mitchelmore. Granny Margaret to Rowan, Imogen, India, Zia, Asta, Jessen and Stella. Long time resident of Geeveston, Bellerive, Triabunna and Sandy Bay. Enthusiastic former member of the Gold Ribbon Club, the Orford Golf Club and the Tasmanian Bridge Association.
