The Relatives and Friends of Dawn Masters, Kerry, Mouse, Mark, Neil and their Families, Vonne Crawford, Bonnie and Craig, Jessica and Jay, are respectfully invited to attend a SERVICE for their late dearly cherished Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and Friend, HAZEL CRAWFORD, which is appointed to commence at 10.30am., on WEDNESDAY, 7th, NOVEMBER, 2012, at the Uniting Church, Herbert Street, Ingham. A CREMATION Service will also be held at the Woongarra Crematorium, Townsville, commencing at 2.00pm. An invitation extends to all Staff at Canossa Home, Members of the Ingham Pottery Club and QCWA Long Pocket, Abergowrie Branch.
