Late of Bolton Clarke Glendale Care. Phyllis passed away peacefully on Sunday 7th November, 2021at the Townsville University Hospital surrounded by her Family. Loved Wife of Sandy (deceased). Loving Mum, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother and Great Grandmother of Denise (deceased), Kevin (deceased), Ray (deceased), Gail, Frankie, Paul (deceased) and their respective Families.

A Private Service was held for Phyllis as per her wishes.
