Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Min's Funeral Service, in the Lakeview Chapel, at Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Wednesday, 7th December, 2011, commencing at 1 p.m.. Donations to Cancer Council Queensland, in lieu of flowers.
