COSTANZO, Anna Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 17th June, 2010. Aged 84 years. Beloved Wife of Emilio (dec'd). Loving Mother and Mother-in-law of Sergio and Kathy. Cherished Nonna of Simon and Adam and their Families. Loved Sister of Giordano and Family. Relatives and Friends are invited to Anna's Funeral Service to be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 22nd June, 2010 in the Garden Chapel at Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs. Our special thanks to the staff in Mitchell, Regis Treetops Manor, The Gap, for all their care.
