Ian Douglas Cordiner, born 8 January 1940, died peacefully on 28 June 2024 in Hobart, Tasmania. Survived by his loving wife Anne. Devoted brother to Roy, and his wife Di. Father of Tom, Andrew and Christopher. Much loved grandfather to Teige, Amelie, Ivy, Isobel and Hamish.
Ian brought out the best in people wherever he went. A true people person, he took as much satisfaction from the success of his peers, friends and family as his own.
A private cremation will be followed by a celebration of his life in coming weeks, in Hobart.
