COOK. - Sandra Dawn, of Melbourne and formerly of Shepparton, passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005. Dearly loved mother of David. Loved daughter of the late Clive and Ruby Cook. Much loved sister of Peggy(Collyer), Angela (McDonald), Ruby (Driver), Clive and twin sister of Kay (Cook) and families. Rest in Peace
