CONSTANTINE. - Jeffrey Alan. Passed away peacefully Oct. 10, 2011, at home on Raymond Island, surrounded by his family. Loved son of Alan Edward and Rita Lillian (dec.). Cherished husband of Kath, and father and Poppy to Tristan, Cameron (dec.), Melissa, Tracy, Rachel and their families. Loving brother of Glenda (dec.), Jennifer and Robert, and David, and uncle to Donna and Anita. Dear friend of many. Heart felt thanks to all our wonderful friends and support team. Our Jeff has ended one journey and embarked on the next - always the adventurer.
