CONSTANTI, Sam. Born in Adelaide, S.A. on January 20, 1962. Passed away peacefully in the presence of the love of his life on February 5, 2019. Aged 57 years. Cherished and adored husband of Gina. Much loved son of George (deceased) and Dafni. Precious brother and brother in-law of Faye and John, Helen, Crist and Sadie, Patty and Paul. Treasured son-in-law of Salvatore and Rosa. Loving brother in-law of Harry, Frank and Mary. Respected and loved uncle of Basile (deceased) and Christina, Marie and Andrew, Dafni and Adrian, Angela and Dion, Nicholas, George, Loredana and Stefan. You will be sadly missed, always loved and never forgotten. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Charlotte and Dr Russell for their dedication and care and also to the amazing nurses and volunteers at the Mary Potter Hospice. Thank you for the loving care you gave Sam, you are a wonderful team of caring professionals who do an amazing job.
