In loving memory of Anne Catherine Condon. We are saddened to announce her passing. Dearly loved and treasured by her husband Peter. Loved and loving mother of Alice, Clare and Michael and their partners, Lee, Dugald and Stephanie. Adored grandmother (Annie), as affectionally known by Juniper, Vivian and Martha. Anne's creative spirit, passion for life and kind heart will be deeply missed. She was loved and admired by many. Rest in peace Anne, Mum and Annie.
