Passed away peacefully on August 25, 2019.

Aged 89 years & four months.

Dearly loved Wife of Jack Collins (dec). Treasured Mum of Terry (dec), Pat, Chris and Michael (dec) and Mother-in-law to their partners Susan, Sue and John. Adored Grandmother of Taryn, Deanna, Grant, Ellie, Melinda, Luke and Ben and cherished Great-Grandmother to their 14 children.

A private family farewell was held on Friday, August 30 as per Irene’s wishes.
