Beloved wife of the late Jack. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Maxine (deceased), Carol and Trevor, Suzanne and Frank. Loving Nan of Andrew, Leon, Vanessa, Darren, Corrinne, Dominic and Kate. Proud Great Nan of 12 and Great Great Nan of 4.

Very special thanks to Dr. Kamath and the staff at Gloucester Residential Care for their wonderful support of Jackie and her family.
