In loving memory of our Mum, Nan and Great Nanny Clarke.

Passed away peacefully on 8.01.2020 in her 92nd year. Dearly loved Mum of Garry and Joan, caring Nan of Aaron and Rae, Shauna and Jason, Jessica (dec), Thomas and Julia. Cherished Great Nanny Clarke of Vanessa, Olivia, Emily, Matilda, Stephanie and Bodhi.

Our grateful thanks for the love and care from the staff of Charles Young Aged Care during her time in the Melaleuca Unit.
