Family & friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of John's Life at Palmdale Lawn Cemetery & Memorial Park, Palmdale in the Rose Chapel on Friday 10/5/2019 commencing at 2.00pm.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Gosford Hospital Stroke Unit in memory of John. A donation box will be available at the Chapel.
