You left us on your terms, with your dignity intact, your way, peacefully with no pain. A shining light - effervescent. The memory of you will last forever, as you live long in our hearts. Memory Eternal
My dearest Mum, I do understand you are free of pain and no more suffering now. Go be with our dad, your husband Peter and your parents, Yia-Yia Anna & Papou Economos in heaven. I will always love you Mum. I know you are proud of me being your Son and you made me the man I am today with all that you have taught me. I have many memories that will last a lifetime to celebrate you and not to be of sadness, that was your wish. We had a lot of fun cooking Greek food together, you have inspired me. The thought of you before I left for work you saying, 'Have a nice day!' (Bon Jovi) will stay with me. When I listen to the song "California dreaming" by Mamas & the Papas the flute solo reminds me of you, sharing the story how you enjoyed playing the flute in high school. Loving son George
To my dear mum, Betty. My heart broke and I shed many tears on your passing. As much as it hurt to see you go, it hurt even more knowing the struggle you were in. I find comfort knowing you are at peace now, free from any pain. I am so proud to call you Mum and I know you were proud to call me Son. You taught me well and showed me, my loving partner Angelique and her daughter Mia so much love, care, and nurture in your sometimes incredibly unique ways. I would not be the man I am today without you. Always in my heart, never forgotten. I will love you always. Loving son Economos
