Aged 72 years.

Passed away suddenly surrounded by his

loving wife and daughters at

the Calvary Hospital Adelaide one month

after being diagnosed with aggressive skin cancer.

Dearly loved husband of Alice.

With tears I watched you fade away.

Although my heart was breaking I know you couldn't stay.

Devoted and much loved father and father-in-law of

Julie and Steve, Susie and her partner Anthony.

Brother to Irene and Krystyna.

Our sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses

within Calvary Hospital's Intensive Care Unit

for their compassionate care.

So dearly loved and sadly missed.
