Mass of Christian Burial for Pat will be celebrated in the Mary Mother of Mercy Chapel, Barnet Ave, Rookwood Catholic Cemetery on Monday (August 20, 2018) commencing at 11.00am. On conclusion Pat will be interred in the Mary McKillop Lawn Catholic Cemetery Rookwood.
