CHILD (nee Holland). - Monica Dorothy 11.10.1913 - 03.07.2007 Beloved wife of Alan Child (dec.) is survived by her 5 children Susan, Kathryn, Elizabeth, Stephen and Margaret; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning at Mordialloc Community Nursing Home after a long, happy life. Funeral will be delayed until August 10, to allow overseas family to return. Much loved mother of Liz, and mother-in-law of Adrian (dec.) and David. Cherished Gran of Nickee, Tim and Uyen, Gabe and Karl, Andrew and Emma, Katie and Marc, step-gran of Blair, Guy and Evan. Proud great-gran of Harley, Mia, Amelie, Chilli and Holly. We admiredyour strength, front, spirit of adventure and sharpness of mind, you leave us with many fond memories mixed with tears and giggles. Beloved mother of Kathryn; Belle Mere of Peter; loving and much loved Gran of Fiona (with Barry), Julian (Anne), Nigel (Catherine), Siobhan (Stephen) and dearest grandmother of Cailin, Jessica, Madeline, Thomas, Niahn, Caleb, Elliott, Imogen, Thais, Ciara and Mathilda.
