With great sadness we said goodbye to Jan Chambers. Cherished by husband of 66 years, Trevor, much loved by sons Neil (dec), Mark and Paul, daughters in law Nicole and Carol, and adored by grandchildren Lindsay, Chloe, Jess and Sophie.

Jan passed away peacefully at Pindara Hospital from pancreatic cancer after living a wonderful life.
