Cecil (Cyril) Thomas Hopgood (Wal), born 28/03/1938, died 05/04/2021 – Aged 83. Loving husband to Kathy for over 51years and father to Carolynne (Skip), Jody, Tracey and Mark. Father in law to Andrew (Flip), Julie and Zina. Grandfather to Corey & Molly, Kyle & Lara, Aaron, Tegan, Kelsie, Jayden, Gareth, Bonnie, Elicia, Riley, Nathan and Rebecca. Great Grandfather to Jet, Claire, Aylah and Nate. Loved brother of Ernie & Pam, Daphne & John (dec) Joan & Paul, Shirley & Bill (dec), Val & Eddie (dec), Maureen & Michael and Uncle to many. A tough man on the outside and a fighter to the end, and after a tough fought battle, it is now time to rest in peace. We thank all those who cared for Wal over the years and appreciate all those that spent time with him. We will miss the laughs, the practical jokes, the quick wit and the free vegetables. Rest in Peace
