CARTER. - Robert Edward. Passed away peacefully on Aug. 10, 2009 Aged 56 years Loved son of Ted and Jean (dec.). Loved son-in-law of Vic and Dot (dec.). Dearly loved and loving husband of Vicki. Much devoted and loved father of Meaghan. Loving brother of Margaret and Lesley. Great mate to brothers-in-law Noel, Peter and Michael and adored Uncle of Joshua and Troy, Brendan and Belinda. Loved, cherished and greatly missed CARTER. - Robert Edward. My darling Robbie, You were my husband, my soul mate, my life, my rock. We shared 32 wonderful years together and raised a beautiful, mature daughter who you were so proud of. We survived Black Saturday fires that left us with each other and precious memories.
