Loved brother of Tony. Loving husband of Narelle. Proud father of Stewart. Stepfather of Zane. Richard learned his skills from Vickers Ruwolt in Richmond, then moved to East Devonport, Tasmania, working for APPM at Wesley Vale for 34 years. To know him was to love him. You will be sadly missed, brother. FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS REST IN PEACE, DICK
