CAROFANO, George

To our Dear George, God closed your eyes to ease the pain, to wish you back would be in vain. You suffered so much, you told so few, you did not deserve what you went through. Tired and weary you made no fuss, but you tried so hard to stay with us. Rest in Peace Love from Mary, Daniel, Laura and James, Isabella and Dante XXX My dear son, you will always be in our heart. Rest in Peace Love your mother Delia and father Antonio (deceased) Our dear George, We will miss you, but you will always be in our hearts and forever in our memories. Love Carmine, Anna and family Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Davide, Lorena and family. Forever in our hearts Rest in Peace To my brother George. Of all the gifts in life, to have you as my brother was the greatest gift of all. We will miss you and hold you in our hearts forever. Love Claude and Jing My dear brother. Your memories live forever. Rest in Peace. Love your Sister Lina, Shane, Sarah, Nick and James George, you were like a son to Mum and Dad, and the brother we never had. You came into our family as a teenager, but it always felt like you were mature beyond your years. Responsible, dependable, personable and talented, you were the quintessential family man that always spent his spare time helping other people. You were always the “calm” one, and treated everyone with respect. The BBQ extraordinaire, you were at the centre of all of our family gatherings and you made them so much fun. We would always find you in your shed making things for people. The noise of your tools could be heard right down Chapman street. With your exquisite carpentry skills, you did everything in your power to help Mum and Dad realise their dream of building the ultimate family home in Rostrevor, and this will be a special part of your legacy, for they could not have done it without you. Your dedication to your work was unbelievable. Any employer out there today would love to have someone who would remain loyal for 40 years and who could be trusted to do a quality job every time. We hope that at this very moment in heaven you’re driving you’re favourite Holden on your way to the jetty to go fishing for tuna. Maybe later that evening you will join your band mates in Young Harmony and play bass before a sellout crowd, before having a few laughs and drinks with family and friends. It was an honour to have you in our family “G”, we know you will take care of your Dad, and our Mum and Dad in heaven, as you always did on earth. “Tight lines” in heaven. Love from Cesarina and Anthony, Mark and Jess, Lucy, Frank and Tom
