CARLON, Isabel. _ Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. The family would like to thank a great team who allowed us to care for Mum at home. Dr Tudor Jones for his caring manner and visiting Mum at home so frequently. Nick the smiling Pharmacist and the girls at Dorothy Street Chemist. Finally thank you to the Palliative Care team and Community nurses who were always caring and helpful.
