As per Patrick’s wishes a private cremation and Memorial Service was held in the Chapel of Hogbin Drive Crematorium & Memorial Gardens, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour on Friday 2nd August 2019.

As his life was celebrated after a strong battle with Parkinson’s Disease, the family would appreciate donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
