Family and Friends are invited to attend a Service to celebrate Zoe's Life, to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Gardens, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Wednesday, 5th September, 2012, at 1 p.m..
