BRADLEY, Jennifer Ann (Jen) (nee Warren) Late of Bray Park passed away surrounded by her loving family on 20th June 2013. Aged 54 Years Cherished Daughter of Kenneth & Carmel, Loved Wife of Garry, Devoted Mother of Georgia, Harrison & Callaghan. Much loved Sister of Allyson, Belinda, Louise, Alana & their families. Aunty to nine Nephews & Nieces. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a service to celebrate Jen's life to be held in the Lakeview chapel of the Albany Creek Memorial Park Bridgeman Downs on Friday 28th June 2013 commencing at 10:00am.
