BLOKKEERUS. - John (Jack), passed away peacefully May 7, 2005, aged 77 years at RMH. Beloved husband of Lorraine (dec.). Loving Dad to Jeff, Jo and Keza, father-in-law of Michelle, Paul and Hugo.
