BLAKE, Patricia Late of Brookfield Village, formerly of St Lucia and Toowong, passed away peacefully, 28th October, 2012. Aged 89 Years Dearly loved Wife of Denis (dec'd), loving Mother and Mother-in-law of Keith and Sally, Alan and Juleen, Peter and Vandi. Much loved Nana of her 5 Grandchildren, 4 Great- grandchildren and 2 Great-great- grandchildren.
