BIYENDOLO. _ Victoria. It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Victoria Biyendolo. Victoria was an outstanding and passionate member of the DBA family for more than 15 years. Her dedication and commitment, particularly towards the Junior Rangers, where she was currently President was outstanding and her Legacy will long live through our junior programs and elite basketball teams. The Junior Rangers and DBA is a better place for having had Victoria a part of it. Our deepest sympathy to Clotaire, Dieuson and Marley. A wonderful person who will be sadly missed around DBA _ DBA Board and Management
