Jim passed away after a short illness at the Cairns Hospital. He was farewelled with a funeral mass at St Christopher's Church Kuranda on the 10th on January 2024 and laid to rest at the Kuranda cemetery.

Maureen, Bill and Peita and their families thank all those for their kind thoughts, messages and cards.

He truly was a lovely man.
