Loving and loved Papa, father-in-law and Opa to Pieter and Ally, Steven and Brian, Martin, Jane and Steve, Jeremy, Nathan, Radford, Alex, and Olivia. Loved brother to Bert and Hil. Jan will also be remembered very fondly by Stella.

 

Many thanks to the staff at Carnsworth Uniting AgeWell for their outstanding care.

 

A Reflection of Jan's Life will be held at 10.30 a.m. at Carnsworth, 10 Abeckett St, Kew on Wednesday 9th January, 2019.
