also aged 93.

David and Mary were a team, and always spoke about their passing as one event.

So it was no surprise when they both passed peacefully within weeks of each other.

Married 01 Sep 1951, they received a letter

of congratulations for

70 years of marriage from the Queen.

Loving parents of Derek (deceased),

Jeffrey, Malcolm and Jane. Adored grandparents.

David's great loves were sailing and Pony Club

and Mary's were singing, piano and orchids.

Private internship of ashes with family only on what would be their 72nd wedding anniversary.
