On behalf of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and Children's Court of Victoria, Chief Magistrate Peter Lauritsen and President of the Children's Court Judge Peter Couzens offer their condolences to the Bell family on the passing of Uncle Wayne `Swisha' Bell. A proud Gunditjmara man and beloved son of Aunty Laura Bell, who sat as an Elder and Respected Person at the Warrnambool (Circuit) Koori Court. Uncle Swisha was a dedicated and valued member of the Koori Court Program, and will be sadly missed by all. _ All Magistrates, Koori Court Officers, Koori Court Unit staff, Elders and Respected Person and Staff of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and Children's Court of Victoria.
