A wonderful mother, friend, grandmother, & great grandmother of Jan, Jean, Geoff, Lindy & Michaela. Passed away peacefully in her sleep.

With tears we saw you suffer

We watched you fade away

Our hearts were slowly breaking

As you fought so hard to stay

Now gone, but never forgotten.
