Patricia passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. A very much loved and respected mother and mother-in-law to Valerie, Thomas and Helen. A cherished and adored Buba of 8 and great Buba of of 8 and 2 on the way. A truely loving and caring soul who will be greatly missed by many.
