BARNES. - Joan Mary Therese (nee Hanily) Paddy, Joany, Mum, Barnesy, Grim Reaper, Gram, Ma Maas, Gram Ma Ma and The Guru. Dec. 28, 1936 - Oct. 30, 2004 67 years young, tragically taken from us. Wife of Allan (dec.). Sister of Kevin (dec.), Michael and Peter (dec.). Sister-in-law of June, Colin and Glen. Wonderful Mum of Robyn, Sharon, Denise, Dianne (Jimmy), Murray and Jill. Mum- in-law to Andrew (dec.), Bruce, Dave, Olly, Suzie and Steve. Adoring and always available Grandma to Heath, Jarrod, Laura, Boronia, Tim, Emily, Tully, Asha, Eliza, Mikaela, Alice, Georgia (dec.), Jack, Alanah, Miah and Braden. We love you Mum, you were our rock, our world will never be the same again. You were indeed the best Grandma in the world. You met people, opened your heart and your home and every one around you loved you for it. Mum was ... a loveable larrikin, always there, always a legend, an avid supporter, full of life, advocate for the underdog, a Saint fanatic - don't touch No. 9, get off him you mongrel. We love you Mum, Grandma, Joan Gram, my Mum, thanks for giving me the best owner a dog could have. I will miss your bed and the treats but not the bath and clip. Love always - Kit XXOO BARNES. - Joan. What on earth will we do without you? It's just unfathomable. I'm so accustomed to you just being there, there are no words Mum. Love forever - Rob and Bruce. Gram, you were a Legend, the Guru. If ever we needed some- one to chat or gossip to, or tell our secrets to, you were there. You were there to pull us through break-ups, fights or even deaths. When we needed a lift to anywhere, a story to cover for us, a place for sickies, a guarantee for a latte (the special), we came to you.
