BARKER (Carter). - Thelma Joyce 17.07.24 - 01.03.11 Passed away peacefully with family by her side. Dearly loved wife of Frank (dec.). Loved and adored mother of Gary and Astrid (dec.), Julie and Wayne, and Ross. Loved sister of Edna (dec.), Betty, Les, Joan, Shirley, Iris, Beverley (dec.), Kevin and Dulcie (dec.).
