Beloved Father of Maree. Devoted Grandfather of Phillip and Jonathan (dec). Respected Foster Dad to David and Diane Barrett.

A man of many hats, bushman, fisherman, bee keeper, farmer, mechanic, builder, volunteer firefighter and ballroom dancer who loved a decent scone and cream cake supper. Always willing to assist anyone and his community, sharing his broad knowledge and skills.

Humble but yet took pride in his work, quiet yet could light a room with his cheeky nature. He will always be with us, in the branches of a gumtree, the smell of a bushfire, to the sound of a shearing shed or a chainsaw...
his spirit is there.
