Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Toronto, NSW, passed away peacefully on 18th October 2018, aged 86 years. Beloved Wife of Alan. Loved Mother and Mother-inlaw of Cathy and Terry; and Teresa and John. Adored Grandma and Great Grandma of four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Loved Sister of Nev Hall. Elsie was privately cremated according to her wishes.
