Passed away unexpectedly from complications of pneumonia on 15th August, 2021.

Eldest son of Mabel and James Ayres (both deceased).

Loved and loving brother of Bronte and cherished brother-in-law of Mandy.

Loving uncle of Alexander, Hamilton and Oliver and their families.

A literary historian, gifted biographer, heritage enthusiast and valued friend of many.
