ATHERTON, Janet Eileen

Passed away, aged 84, on 31 December 2020. Loved wife of Charles Atherton, mother of Karen, Gran to Stephanie and Adam, Great Gran to Blake and Dylan, sister to Phyllis (dec), Carole and June.

Janet lived in Darwin for over 55 years, and through her work at Bardens, Nightcliff and Trower Road Pharmacies, was known to many local Territorians. An avid lover of all animals, Janet was passionate in her care and staunch defence of them.

Her family will hold a private celebration of her life in the near future.
