ASHBARRY, Alan

The Committee and members of the Huon Resource development Group Inc. is mourning the loss of our Vice President and Founding Member Alan Peter Ashbarry, who passed away at home last Friday evening surrounded by his loving family.

Alan was our guiding light, a walking encyclopaedia, and a mentor and inspiration to us all, including in his earlier role as Research Officer with Timber Communities Australia, and will be deeply missed.

Our deepest sympathies to his loving wife Anne, his children Amelia, Grant, Kate and Louise, and his three adoring grandchildren.
